**We are currently Recruiting for a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker this is to work in a home for children and young people with Challenging Behaviour**

**The home is run by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff.**

**What The Post Requires**
- A minimum of 2 years experience working with children and young people in Residential Childcare
- At least 1 years supervisory experience with Staff in a Children’s Home
- Level 3 In Children and Young People
- Extensive knowledge around working with children and young people with Challenging Behaviour

**Experience**:

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People (preferred)
