Order Checker M-f Rotating Shifts

We are currently recruiting for warehouse order checkers to join our facility located in Heywood.

Working hours are on a rotating shift 0700-1500 / 1500 - 2300 Monday to Friday.

Hourly Rate: PS11.12 plus weekly shift allowance of PS20

**The role**
In this role you will:

- Review load/batches delivered to verify quantity and type of material
- May write tickets showing quantity and type of material, truck number, job location, and time
- Report number of materials transported
- Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed
- Weigh or count items for distribution within the plant to determine and ensure meet company standards
- Report damages and claims to inventory control
- Arrange stock parts in a specific order for assembly by other workers
- Process inbound/outbound orders safely and accurately
- Fill customers' orders accurately
- Use of other machinery or material handling equipment (i. e., PPT / LLOP)
- Ability to identify and sort case labels
- You will do this in either a cold environment or an ambient one - the cold storage is approximately minus 25 Celsius - just like working in the freezer; but we provide full PPE including coats, hats, and boots.

**What are we looking for?**
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Experience with Material handling using PPT
- Experience on Counterbalance, Inhouse is accepted.
- Able to lift heavy items up to 18kg (i. e., 10 bags of sugar)
- Previous warehouse logistics experience
- Strong eye for attention to detail
- Self-motivated, team player to hit deadlines and tasks
- Commitment to work in face paced cold store environment
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Basic computer skills (i. e., Microsoft packages)
