We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, pro-active individual to join our team as a Retirement Advice Administrator.

Within your new role, you’ll provide pre and post-completion support to the Advice and Direct team, enabling our Financial Advisers to deliver advice effectively, and ensure pension funds are released in accordance with regulations.

**About you**:

- Have previous admin experience within an Annuity/Pension-focused business (an IFA or pension provider would be advantageous)
- Possess strong communication and listening skills
- Be able to establish and build positive internal and external relationships
- Demonstrate fantastic customer service experience
- Be self-motivated, with good organisation skills
- Comfortably work on tasks and manage workload, both alone and as part of a team
- Adapt and learn quickly, with a drive to improve and succeed
- Hold strong literacy and numeric skills
- Have some knowledge of the Financial Services industry (desirable, not essential)
- Be CF4-qualified (desirable, not essential)
- Exhibit thorough knowledge of MS Office and Adobe (desirable, not essential).

**Details**:
Your day-to-day duties will include
- Providing administrative support to the Financial Advice, Non-Advice and Equity Release teams
- Completing sales fulfilment for retirement product sales, ensuring all SLAs are met
- Correctly uploading details into back-office systems, ensuring all data is recorded accurately
- Creating and distributing packs to be sent to clients, ensuring that all relevant paperwork is included
- Completing ad-hoc admin and telephony tasks to support the success of the Advice and Direct department
- Ensuring we adhere to consumer requirements, in line with compliance policies
- Booking clients in for ongoing reviews with advisers, and sending out relevant documents.
