**Job Title**: HR Advisor

**Location**: Didcot Quarter (near Milton Park), Abingdon

**Salary**: £28,000 to £38,000 per annum depending on experience

**Job Type**: Full time, Permanent

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advertise vacancies, manage interview and selection process
- Manage onboarding and induction of new starters
- Maintain employee records via online HR platform
- Support Line Managers with reviews, absence management and case work
- Work with HR Manager on process improvement projects

**Key Requirements**:

- Demonstrable HR and/or recruitment experience
- Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion
- Competence in MS office and online HR/training platforms
- Positive, proactive approach to your work
- Excellent levels of attention to detail
