**Position Overview**: Marty Ewings, Senior Manager of Global Support Operations at Perforce is looking for a Project Administrator in our Belfast office where you will be instrumental in overseeing projects within the Perforce ecosystem, with a primary focus on utilizing project management tools to enhance customer and employee onboarding experiences. Additionally, you will collaborate on various project management initiatives within the Global Support Operations Group. You will help train and aid Support leaders in the creation of the projects, while collaborating on diverse project management initiatives. **Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Execution**:

- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, utilizing project management tools to ensure successful and on-time completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes.**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Establish and maintain strong communication channels with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, using our project management tools for transparent project updates and collaboration.
- Regularly update project status, address concerns, and provide solutions to challenges.**Global Support Operations Collaboration**:

- Contribute to other areas of project management within the Global Support Operations Group on occasion, bringing valuable insights and expertise to diverse projects.
- Proven experience with project administration.
- Strong Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
