kinderzimmer UK is currently looking for a Nursery Lunch Cover Assistant to support our Nursery

**The setting**

Housed in a beautifully historic building, our nursery is at the heart of Berkhamsted. The site boasts tall ceilings and light-flooded spaces, with large symmetrical rooms that create a warm and welcoming environment. With a capacity of 92 children across all age groups, the nursery is bespoke in design, and provides a safe and nurturing environment for early years. Our central dining room offers the perfect space for baking, experimenting with food and engaging in messy play, while our growing space in the garden encourages children to learn about the natural world. **What you will be doing**

Cover in nursery rooms to release staff for their lunch breaks, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment for the children.
- Supervise children during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist in setting up and tidying away lunch areas, including tables, chairs, and food service stations.
- Engage with children in positive interactions, encouraging good table manners and social skills.
- Support the nursery staff in implementing dietary guidelines and accommodating any special dietary needs or allergies among the children.
