We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented waiter/waitress to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers as they enter the property and provide assistance as needed
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with restocking as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, hospitality, bartending, or restaurant industry is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations is beneficial, although training is provided
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
