**Overview**

This is a mobile role, covering Dereham and other areas, as meets the needs of the business.

Must have full manual clean licence.

Adaptable in case of emergencies for adhoc work, deep cleans etc. Must be reliable, high standard of work, and able to work on own initiative as well as with the team, reporting to the contracts manager.

Knowledge and experience of deep cleaning within educational contracts over the summer periods is advantageous.

Enhanced DBS will be applied for via the company.

This role is essential in ensuring that our clients facilities are welcoming and presentable for both staff and visitors. If you take pride in your work and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you. You must have a full manual driving license as a van is supplied for work duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure high hygiene standards.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Work collaboratively with other team members where necessary, to ensure efficient operations.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the Contracts Manager promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be flexible in case of emergencies/sickness absence across the areas.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Pay: £13.21 per hour
