Our mental health support workers provide a key role in individual recovery, acting as a linchpin for wider services including lead practitioners, social workers and housing providers. You will also have access to support and guidance from an experienced management team and clinical workshops and referrals with our clinical psychologist and behaviour analyst.

We are looking for Support Workers who will make up a growing team within the **Bognor Regis, Littlehampton **and **Western Sussex Outreach **team.
Your role will be delivering quality support that enables people to achieve their outcomes by using and developing person-centred support plans. You will be able to manage risks and vulnerabilities whilst promoting social inclusion and maximising the opportunities for the people you support.
