**Customer Support Executive - Property**
**Highbury**
**Up to £25,500**
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to support the Property Manager with the delivery of exceptional property management services to across a residential building.
You will act as the first line support for all customer contact in a fast-paced and reactive environment, ensuring a first-class experience is delivered at all times.
**What will you do?**
- Property Management - To ensure our customers and their properties are cared for and maintained to the highest possible standards, in line with budgets, service level agreements and regulatory requirements
- Customer Partnership - To build and maintain client relationships to develop strong and lasting partnerships and loyalty, with high levels of quantifiable customer satisfaction.
- To liaise with tenants, landlords, directors, contractors and other parties to ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards and expectations are fully met.
- Information and Communication -To capture accurate and up to date information on the property management software from any customer contact, service delivery and works. To take full ownership for ensuring the system is accurate and up to date at all times.
- Financial Management - To manage all works and spends in line with budget, maintaining close oversight and control.
**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience within property management or a customer service call center environment preferred
- Excellent customer service
- Able to work in an office and be a team player
- Able to deal with a wide range of customers, who are often unhappy
- Willing to learn and develop
- Communication skills, with particularly strong verbal skills and solid written communication skills
