**About the role**:

**We are currently seeking experienced Cover Supervisors that can travel to Brent who are available as soon as possible. This role will offer the opportunity to**:

- Gain experience within UK based schools (great for those looking to progress into a career within Education or studying towards gaining their PGCE)
- Work with pupils providing a real difference in helping them continue their learning and developing

**You will need**:

- Ideally some experience working with secondary aged pupils - this can include experience not in schools such as a youth mentor, support worker, club leaders, tutoring etc.
- Display confident classroom management and behavior strategies
- Be available as soon as possible with a flexible approach to work
- Be resilient, reliable and passionate about excelling within education with a real enthusiasm for inspiring pupils to engage with their learning and development

**About the schools**:
One of the schools we work with is an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ school that offers a dynamic learning environment to their pupils that has enabled them to be recognised as a key school for student progress.They also promote learning opportunities forall and often many of their pupils go on to secure places in top universities.This is a school that many of our staff ask to return back to due to the supportive and welcoming environment that it adopts.

Start times are 8:30am and they are accessible by train and bus routes.Parking is available onsite and/or near to the school (and most of our schools in Brent).
