**About The Pub**:
Queen Victoria, located in the heart of Paignton opposite Paignton's train station. Queen Victoria is a great venue with karaoke, guest DJ's, quiz nights, bingo nights, live sports and pool and darts teams. The pubs opening hours are 9am - 2am throughout the week and 9am - 3am on weekends. Set shifts and shift patterns can be discussed at interview.

**Role Overview**:
As a Cleaner, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the venue is clean, tidy, and presentable each day before we open our doors. You’ll work independently during early morning hours and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all areas of the pub.

This role is ideal for someone organised, self-motivated, and dependable - with a great eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General cleaning of all areas in and around the premises
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces
- Cleaning toilets and washrooms
- Cleaning internal windows, mirrors, and glass doors
- Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to management
- Ensuring all cleaning is completed before opening hours

**What We’re Looking For**
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable and punctual with good time management
- Able to work early mornings (typically from 5:45am - 8:45am)
- Good knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling procedures
