**The role**

You'll be designing, constructing, and testing PLC/SCADA software and producing associated documentation that is compliant with contractual requirements and standards.

You'll play a key part in delivering assigned projects on time and within budget and will have a comprehensive understanding of low voltage electrical systems and drawings.

Conducting system analysis and development to keep systems current, you will be able to work confidently and efficiently both independently and cohesively

Confidently demonstrating your expert knowledge of computer/PLC logic and flow charting throughout and testing and proofing programs to ensure that functionality, logic and syntax is right and error free

This is a great role for someone wishing to progress their career within the Software environment as there are opportunities for training to achieve educational qualifications such as HNC, Degree and Software used by the company.

**Your experience**

You'll be experienced in Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Databases and will have significant knowledge of SCADA systems and electrical systems

Previous professional experience of writing PLC code within a customer-focused environment

Commercial awareness

Health and Safety awareness

Solid report writing skills including FDS

HNC/HND/Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Your approach to tackling challenges is positive and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for delivering customer service excellence
