Halfords Autocentres, the UK's leading provider of motoring services, is seeking a talented Head of Finance Business Partnering to join our growing team. As part of Halfords Group plc, you'll play a pivotal role in driving optimal commercial decisions, accurate forecasts, and effective cost management.

**What You'll Do**:

- Act as a trusted partner to the HAC Operations team, offering both support and challenge in commercial decision making.
- Own financial responsibility for labour costs and productivity across garage and mobile operations, highlighting areas for improvement and proposing strategies to increase profitability.
- Collaborate with Directors and their teams in the monthly Performance Review process, providing financial insights to drive management action.
- Provide commercial and financial support to transformation investment projects, including business case creation, spend control, benefits tracking, and corrective action.
- Conduct quarterly forecasting and budgeting, identifying opportunities and risks aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage the Garage's Bonus scheme, a critical engagement and performance tool, and oversee weekly and monthly trading reports.
- Deputize for the Senior Finance Business Partner (Autocentres) when required.
- Act as an active senior member of the HAC Operations Team, the Group Operations Finance Team, and the wider Finance Team.
