Receptionist/administrator

**Job scope**
The Receptionist provides a first point of call for any visitors to the Park’s Reception Office and for any incoming telephone/E-Mail enquiries.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Answering the telephone, call screening, taking messages and transferring of calls to the correct persons/department
- Meet and greet any visitors to the Office, making all guests feel comfortable and informing the relevant team members their appointment/visitors have arrived
- Maintaining a clean and tidy front of house Reception Office at all times
- Handling of post, parcels and re-directing mail to owners who are currently not based at the Park
- Managing the Reception E-Mails, responding to basic enquiries and forwarding through other E-Mails to relevant team members
- Booking in all Park Approved Contractors, issuing lanyards and ensuring these are returned at the end of each working day
- Answering any general enquiries visitors may have
**Other Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Providing administrative support to the Office Manager and General Manager
- Assisting with Mail Outs
- Processing Owner Payments
- Photocopying, Scanning, Printing and all other associated office duties
- Updating owners records and certification onto the server
- Checking and maintaining stationery supplies, office cleaning materials, refreshment provisions and placing orders as/when required
- Providing assistance with the running of owners events/sales events throughout the year
Any additional tasks which may arise at the General Manager’s discretion. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation.
