Typical Duties:
Handyman is responsible for maintaining our buildings and infrastructure on a day-to-day basis

The Maintenance Person should have the ability to work according to schedule and conflict resolution skills.
Typical qualifications include:

- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficient with basic maintenance tools like hammers, nails, screwdrivers, etc.
- Able to lift and move objects on their own (without assistance)
- Interested in construction, architecture and infrastructure
- Experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean, repair, and otherwise maintain the interior and exterior of buildings.
- Communicate with building tenants, employees, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues.
- Maintain facilities in a safe and secure manner.
- Respond to emergencies within the caravans and buildings
- Repair or replacement of various objects.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-42 per week

**Salary**: From £10.10 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bretforton and Offenham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
