We have a fantastic opportunity for a Repairs Planner / Coordinator working in Supported Housing. The position will be based in Manchester city centre near the tram and train stations or benefit from free parking
This Supported Housing Association has a customer service team based in the head office to help residents with fixing maintenance issues in their homes. We are looking for a caring person who can handle calls professionally and calmly, taking relevant information on board, to provide a first time fix solution.
As well as wanting to hear from experienced repairs planners/co-coordinators with a social housing background, we have experienced success with recruiting people with a strong technical background and providing training on systems and taking calls. For example, you could be an experienced maintenance engineer with a social housing background, who is looking for a change, to work in an office environment. This would assist residents and your colleagues through sharing your technical knowledge, to provide the maintenance team and/or external contractors with the best possible information.
Salary is competitive depending upon experience and we are open to full and part time applicants, working office hours Monday-Friday.
