We’re on the lookout for **three awesome graduates** to join a supportive, specialist SEN team at a welcoming secondary school in **Salford**. Whether you’re planning a career in **educational psychology**, teaching, or SEN support — this is the **perfect first step**.

What you’ll be doing:

- Working closely with students aged 11-16 who need extra support
- Helping them learn, grow in confidence, and achieve their goals
- Using creative activities, tech, and outdoor learning to bring lessons to life
- Being a **positive role model** and building strong, trusted relationships
- Teaming up with experienced staff and outside professionals to give pupils the best support

- A **Psychology graduate** with big ambitions (maybe educational psychology?)
