In Public Services Advisory, we have worked on some of the UK's largest and most high profile public sector clients, infrastructure projects and public policy programmes. **Healthcare Advisory**: We are creating one of the sector leading NHS advisory and consultancy businesses in the UK. We have plans which involve the creation of a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 professionals - a team which has publicservice at its heart. We work hand in hand with the NHS to help it to get better value for money and manage risk. We offer a full range of financial and commercial advisory and consultancy services to the NHS. We will help the NHS to deliver capital projects,collaborative structures, and arrangements, contracting, clinical coding, financial analysis and assurance, modelling, data analytics, performance improvement, system transformation and the integration of healthcare, social care and life sciences. **A look into the role**

Our PSA Managers from a range of backgrounds. As a Healthcare Advisory Manager in Public Services Advisory team, you will:

- Contribute to the delivery of major end-to-end client projects to quality, timeliness and financial targets and overseeing smaller projects
- Be the day-to-day lead on a smaller client projects
- Take a proactive role in business development which may involve contributing to proposals and being part of a presentation team
- Coach and develop junior colleagues, providing guidance and development
- Build and maintain strong working relationship with your team and our clients
- Develop methods and knowledge within the healthcare team
- Support and promote thought leadership pieces circulated to the NHS

**Knowing you’re right for us**

Joining us as a manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need are a university level qualification or relevant experience. A professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CIPFA, Prince2, CIMA, CFA) is desirable and you will have:

- Worked within or consulted into the health sector, or have a desire to work with the health sector
- Experience providing advice or analysis to internal or external clients
- Good verbal and written communication
- Good project management skills with a record of delivering projects to time, quality and financial deadlines
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion
- A clear appetite for self-development demonstrated through the performance review and PDP processes
- Self-motivated with evidence of innovation and initiative
- Team player and collaborate in working on several projects in parallel

It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
- An ability to understand contractual requirements and commercial issues
- Experience of working on relevant projects, ideally within the NHS or Health sector, or working with the NHS in a similar consulting practice
- Understanding of NHS operations, performance and finance
- Awareness of current NHS policy and issues
- Good inter-personal skills with the ability to build and develop a network of clients
- Experience of presenting to clients or senior stakeholders
