Night Auditor

**About the Hotel**

An amazing opportunity for a Night Auditor to join the Atrium Hotel Heathrow team. Just one stop from Heathrow Airport and opposite Hatton Cross station, Atrium Hotel is modern, with an upcoming sky bar/restaurant, consisting of 612 stylish rooms and a prestigious Conference and Banqueting hall for up to 700 guests, 36 flexible meeting rooms, Orange tree Restaurant and Bar, 24hr café, leisure facilities including Indoor Heated Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, Gym.

**About the Night Auditor role**

We are currently recruiting for a Night Auditor. In this role you would be expected to provide a highly specialised service to our guests during the night. Night shift will be based on a roster basis.
- Duties include late check in/outs, answering phone calls, directing phone calls, take messages and inform the right department;
- Ensure that the hotel's credit policy is adhered to at all times.
- Take advance reservations when the Reservations office is unable to do so.
- To ensure accuracy and efficiency in posting all transactions and in the handling of all funds including cash, payment for city ledger, card payments, etc.
- To balance the day’s postings, receipts, cash and credit card payments to the computer print outs at the end of the shift and operate the computer with its automatic Night audit system to produce balanced daily results.
- Handle customer complaints
- To attend company training when required
- To be flexible and a team player
- To adhere to Health & Safety requirements

**About you**

It would be an advantage if you have previous experience of carrying out the night audit function.

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
