Due to changes and restructure in the business a Finance Manager is required to join a well
- established team.
**Purpose of the role**:
Responsible for managing and developing all aspects of the businesses accounting and reporting, systems, procedures and protocols.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the preparation of the monthly management accounts and distribution of these to the directors and Company bankers together with suitable commentary which are to be completed within strict deadlines as identified in the “Accounts Timetable”and generally in accordance with Company procedures
- Assist the directors in the development of the business by challenging and controlling costs and through active participation in the prequalification and tender process
- Responsible for the management of the Company’s cash flow ensuring that it remains within agreed funding limits
- Provide directors with appropriate cash updates and forecasts
- Responsible for ensuring that all returns such as PAYE and VAT are submitted to the authorities in time
- Responsible for all inter-company accounts

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Experience working in a similar role
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified,PQ or QBE.
- Excellent communicator who can liaise at all levels
- Team player who is able to quickly establish relationships
- An ability to meet deadlines and deliver work in a fast-paced finance environment
- Open minded to flexible ways of working and able to adapt to new processes and procedures
- Good excel skills required
