Lead Water Treatment/legionella Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a successful water company known for providing quality water treatment/hygiene and legionella services to clients throughout the UK. They currently have a vacancy for an experienced and highly organised Lead WaterTreatment/Legionella Coordinator based in and around the Coventry area. The ideal applicant will have experience and knowledge of working within the water treatment/hygiene industry, overseeing a portfolio of contracts and coordinating teams of engineers ona national scale. Applications from Birmingham, Warwick, Worcestershire, and surrounding areas will be considered.
Minimum requirements:
Must have proven experience working within a similar role within the water treatment/hygiene industry.
Will have a strong technical water treatment/hygiene background.
Experience in coordinating engineers, ideally on a national scale.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Competent in using Microsoft Office Package.
The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
**Responsibilities**:
Oversee the company's administration team.
Management of processes and procedures.
Producing Rams.
Co-ordinating and programming works and projects.
Assist clients/customers with technical/non-technical queries.
Monitoring updates, reporting client's progress, job closures.
Recording purchase orders, compiling reports, collating statistics.
Allocating jobs to site staff.
Ensuring that administrative duties are undertaken and completed accurately.

In general, the successful post-holder will be an all-rounder, flexible, have good work ethic and have the ability to carry out the work effectively and within time scale.
