As a fast growing start-up, we are experiencing rapid growth which presents an exciting opportunity for you to join us at an early stage and grow alongside us. Our team is passionate about making a difference and supporting organisations secure funding to deliver their vital work.
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather insights and ensure alignment with client objectives
- Conduct detailed research on funding criteria, eligibility, and sector-specific requirements
- Review and edit bid content to enhance clarity, coherence, and impact
- Stay up-to-date with funding trends, grant opportunities, and sector developments
**Requirements**:
- Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand information
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity, precision, and persuasiveness
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised
- Comfortable working in a remote environment but must be available for regular meetings in Leeds. (1 day per week)
What We Offer:

Basic salary is £25,000 to £30,000 with quarterly bonus scheme. Salary including bonus is expected to be £40,000.
PLUS, 6 monthly pay review with planned increases based on performance and increase in responsibility.
Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
