**The Role**

As **Managing Director**, you will be responsible for leading the company with a strong commercial focus, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and profitability.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand Alpen Signs' customer base.
- Lead and inspire the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee the overall business operations, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation and adapt to market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and forecasts to ensure sustainable growth.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A proven track record in **sales leadership**, business development, or commercial management.
- Strong experience in **B2B sales**, preferably within the signage, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven approach with a passion for exceeding targets.
