**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Daily office operations, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
- Handle internal & outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and files using both physical and electronic systems.
- Support financial operations by managing invoices and basic bookkeeping.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide clerical support as needed, including typing documents and preparing reports.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Working Hours**

Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm

Pay: £27,300.00-£28,275.00 per year
