We’re currently hiring for a full-time **Cash Office Supervisor** at our **Sheffield **depot. The role will involve you taking ownership and supervising a small team of staff, processing all customer transactions whilst providing great customer service in everything you do. Good attention to detail is required and must be able to work well in a busy environment.

**What will you be doing as a Cash Office Supervisor?**
- Supervising the cash office area and team members
- Organising weekly shift ROTAs
- Working in the cash office to process customers transactions
- Answering and dealing with customer queries
- Cashing up and banking
- Communicating cash discrepancies to Management
- Ensuring all payments received are processed accurately and timely
- Ensuring the cash office is ready for customers at both the opening and closing of the depot
- Supporting other departments as required

**What do you need to be a Cash Office Supervisor?**
- Confidence using computerised tills and barcode scanners
- Excellent work ethic is required, as well as punctuality and reliability
- Great with customers and aware of their needs, while being polite and friendly at all times
- Initiative and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team to guide them
- Good time management as you will be working at speed
- Good attention to detail and careful precision to meet targets
- Able to work in a high-volume, fast paced role
- Able to work quickly and to deadlines
- Confident working alongside the depot management team
- Experienced in the use of MS Word, and Excel are preferred

- **Sunday**: Off
- **Monday**: 10:00am - 18:30pm
- **Tuesday**: 11:30am - 20:00pm
- **Wednesday**: Off
- **Thursday**: 06:30am - 15:00pm
- **Friday**: 06:30am - 15:00pm
- **Saturday**: 08:30am - 16:00pm

Pay: £12.51 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
