**Shift Pattern**:Day shift - 39 hours per week working 07.30 to 16.30 Monday to Thursday, and 07.30 to 12.30 on Fridays, with designated breaks.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Creation and implementation of key Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Efficient answering of the telephone and door
- Effective communication with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and company personnel
- Participation in team meetings where required
- Printing Route Cards and Manufacturing packs
- Efficient processing of PODs, including the, chasing, sorting, scanning, and filing of paperwork.
- Supporting production control routines
- Raising purchase requisitions
- Raising change requests
- Processing of confidential HR administration
- Compilation of training records
- Collating data in support of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
**Person Specification**:
- Experience with Microsoft Office ERP Systems
- Ability to work in a varied role.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Attention to detail, good quality and accuracy.
- Adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Effective communication skills.
