**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team in preparing nutritious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- preparing and cooking meals according to the menu
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with management and staff to arrange food deliveries

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen, previous experience in a nursing home an advantage
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to alter meals for desired textures etc for patients
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well on own initiateive
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
