**Associate Consultant, Newcastle under Lyme**

**OTE £30k+**

If so, then continue reading as **H2 Consultancy** are currently hiring for an **Associate Consultant** to join the team and work alongside our Director to further develop the Finance recruitment division in Newcastle under Lyme. You will be provided with support, training and guidance from a team of recruiters with morethan 25 years’ experience within the recruitment industry.

As a team we are friendly, fun and driven to ensure we provide a best-in-class service to all our customers. As a business we are growing and recently moved into brand new premises tailored around our people. We have just celebrated a record quarter andwant to build on this success by bringing in new people to our team.

The business is made up of four divisions, we provide recruitment services across Finance, Procurement, HR and Engineering. Each consultant is a specialist in their area, as a business we continue to look at new markets where we can add value.

This role would suit someone who is driven, personable and is looking to develop a career within recruitment or take the next step in their career. Although recruitment experience isn't necessary, we are looking for someone with a background in sales, marketingor customer service.

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Build a talent pool of finance professionals
- Providing career coaching, CV guidance and interview support
- Supporting the Finance Recruiter with the end to end recruitment cycle
- Building your personal brand
- Assessing client requirements, job specs, talent attraction and creating advertising campaigns
- Working with the Recruitment Coordinator to identify new ways of attracting talent
- Building and maintaining relationships with finance professionals
- Gaining specialist market information and leverage to grow market share
