**Job Title: Safeguarding and Tissue Viability Team Administrator - 20 hrs per week**

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- To provide administrative support as required to the adult safeguarding team including responding to written/electronic or telephone enquiries on behalf of team members and carrying out general office duties, e.g. filing, photocopying, laminating etc.
- Provide administrative support for meetings and events, such as booking rooms, arranging access to medical records, photocopying and cascading papers and scheduling planning.
- Inform the relevant supervisory bodies of patients who remain in hospital beyond the period of their standard authorisation on a weekly basis.

- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Experience in similar role
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
