**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Delivering exceptional front-of-house customer service with a smile
- Meeting and greeting guests, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive
- Managing bookings and guest flow using the OpenTable system
- Serving drink orders promptly (within 4 minutes)
- Crafting and presenting cocktails to perfection - full training provided
- Operating the till with accuracy and handling cash/card transactions
- Maintaining the bar area, including fridges, glassware, glasswasher, ice machine, and equipment
- Recommending drinks based on guest preferences with confidence and charm
- Keeping the bar stocked and well-organized throughout service
- Supporting your teammates and stepping in wherever needed during busy shifts
- Staying updated with our food & drink menus to confidently answer questions and upsell
- Bringing positive energy to every shift and helping to create memorable guest experiences

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Someone who’s passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoys working with people
- A team player who’s reliable, enthusiastic, and keen to grow within the business
- Someone who takes pride in their work, stays calm under pressure, and is always smiling
- Previous bar experience is a bonus, but not essential - we’re happy to train the right person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.00-£12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
