As the Customer Services Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for helping customers with numerous requests and finding the best solution for them.

**Description**

As the Llandrindiod based Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities include:
1. Meeting and greeting of customers

2. Assisting customers with accessibility needs.

3. Opening and securing station premises as required.

4. Monitoring systems and ensuring its continued operation

5. Carrying out domestic duties as required and in accordance with COSHH Regulations.

6. Ensuring a high standard of station cleanliness is maintained at all times.

7. On occasion, working at other locations as required.

8. Reporting equipment failures and damage to premises as quickly as possible.

9. Reporting any unusual occurrence or unsafe practice in the prescribed manner.
