Regional Manager, Area Manager, Fashion,

**The ideal location for this role is 90 minutes from Gloucester.**

**Responsibilities and requirements.**
- Will have experience in managing multi site units.
- Experienced in new stores openings
- Enjoy planning and implementation of Retail operations.
- Commercially astute to manage P&L of all stores. Budget setting & forecasting
- Inspirational role model for store teams.
- Will have excellent execution across people management: guide, lead, coach and motivate the team and individuals within the team.
- Building positive relationships across the business by taking a truly international approach and working together to achieve company goals and to drive sales.
- Delivering long-term sustainable customer satisfaction & implementing strategies & processes into place to meet customer’s needs.Actively looking for ways to reduce cost for the business in order to maximise on profit.
- Ensures all stores deliver consistently on all store processes and policies.
- Ensures all stores are compliant in Health & Safety & general duty of care requirements.
- Ensures all employment legislation and policies are effectively implemented.
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of all new store openings

**Salary & Package**:
Competitive Basic salary + Bonus Potential

Use of company car so full and clean driving licence
