To undertake specific and discreet projects as allocated to support the senior nursing team.

To support and lead the Trust vaccination delivery, both for seasonal flu and any Covid booster campaign.

To undertake review of policies and SOPS.

To carry out reviews and assessment of assorted guidance to identify appropriateness to the organisation and to then lead on action plan development.

- Contribute to the corporate nursing resource and is responsive, flexible and adaptable to service needs
- Support the Director of Nursing and Heads of Nursing in embedding the Nursing priorities
- Support the Nursing & Quality team by taking lead responsibility for planning, coordination and delivery of a range of projects which may be highly complex
- To develop, plan, coordinate and lead programmes and projects across QVH
- Work autonomously, ensuring projects and initiatives are prioritised and completed within agreed timeframes
- Lead on strategic development of policies, procedures and projects
- Take forward agreed Task & Finish projects in strategies key areas
- To problem solve as appropriate, and develop and implement lasting solutions in conjunction with clinical colleagues
