**Assistant Graphic Designer**

This is an exciting time to join Henton & Chattell, the U.K's number one distributor of garden machinery.

We are looking for a new member of our Marketing team in the role of **Assistant** **Graphic Designer**. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be a forward thinking, driven individual who will ensure that the business maintains our high design standards.

We are looking for someone with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a design role who can demonstrate a clear understanding of current trends & best practice. There is good opportunity for growth & development for the right individual within this role.

The role will cover a wide range of design and general administration tasks and requires excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

This exciting position offers flexible working hours of 22.5hrs per week.

**Essential Skills**
- Creative thinker
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent written English and strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A great team player but capable of working independently when required
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and adhere to tight deadlines
- Ability to interpret design briefs
- Experienced in photography & videography

**General Duties**
- General website maintenance and editing.
- Creating new materials that help expand our brands, and support marketing campaigns
- Working with key people to create internal graphics to support work in their departments
- General Administration tasks
