**As a Listed Derivatives Client Service Associate, you will**:

- Be the first point of contact for clients and client-related queries from operational teams
- Develop professional accountability for the delivery of routine activities within the team
- Ensure client reporting is delivered as expected
- Follow up and escalate reporting incidents where necessary
- Communicate to clients on global topics (reporting broadcasts, new product notifications, etc.)
- Provide demonstrations, training, and account administration for clients on client-facing portals
- Provide support to Sales and Relationship Management teams on client visits
- Assist and support client service manager in ad hoc projects
- Build and strengthen cross-locational team relationship by actively collaborating with team members and participating in weekly team meetings

**What we're looking for**:

- Prior experience in a client service role
- Knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivative products and processes and the ability to translate knowledge and experience into recommendations to improve team operating practices
- Knowledge of Futures and Options
- Knowledge of Commodities (desirable)
- Sound working knowledge of market practices and the policies, procedures, regulations and legislation associated with listed derivatives
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise independently

**This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.**
