Multi Skilled Trades Person

A multi skilled tradesperson with experience is required within the Building Department at Lulworth Estate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this privately owned estate which encompasses residential and commercial property lets, retail outlets, holiday park, a large farm, Lulworth Castle and a World Heritage site.
The job will involve all aspects of general building. You will have an eye for detail and be prepared to work in several different environments, including the maintenance and restoration of historic, modern, residential, and commercial buildings. You will have a proven track record and be a team player.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform a variety of skills to repair, and maintain houses, buildings and facilities
- Carpentry work, including studwork, and kitchen installation
- Plastering, tiling and dry lining
- Masonry work, including bricklaying and concrete work
Skills/Experience required:
- Able to work to a high standard of work
- Punctual & great communication skills
- Able to work at heights
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
A driving licence is essential.
Full time, 39 hours per week.
