Our client is a leading and well-established law firm with offices across Essex and London. Due to organic growth, the well-regarded Litigation team seeks to take an additional insurance litigation solicitor to join the team in Colchester.
This young, dynamic and progressive law firm is a panel firm for one of the leading brands in the UK Insurance market.
The litigation team is instructed by insurer to pursue subrogated property damage recovery claims, that is to recover insurer’s outlay from third parties where damage has been caused to customers’ property, be it commercial or domestic premises.
You will be working within one of the most experienced Litigation teams in Essex and have exposure to the highest quality of work.
- NQ to 2 years’ PQE earner with a background pursuing subrogated property recoveries
- Solid knowledge in litigation
- A driven and self-motivated individual who can develop good client relationships, alongside delivering excellent client care
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work independently whilst also being a team player
