**Job Title**:Receptionist Administrator / Appointment Booker **Location**:Curdridge, Southampton **Salary**:£12.00 per hour **Job type**:Full Time Permanent, Monday to Friday - 40 Hours a week 8.30am to 5pm Hambrooks is a family run business with over 50 years' experience in designing, building and maintaining domestic and commercial gardens. **The Role**: We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist Administrator / Appointment Booker to join our administration team based at our Head Office in Curdridge, Southampton **Responsibilities and Duties**: **Reception** - To answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department - Complete enquiry forms accurately - Filing and organising paperwork **Appointment Booker** - To book all of the appointments for both the Landscape and Garden Maintenance departments - Maintain and update both the electronic and written diaries - Create paperwork for booked appointments and distribute to each manager **Customer Care** - Undertake any customer care administration work - Undertake follow up telephone calls with prospective and potential clients Additional Duties - Assist all departments with any additional administration duties **Qualifications and Skills** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Polite & professional telephone manor - Competent use of Microsoft Office packages (Word/Excel/Outlook) - Accurate data entry - Attention to detail - Good interpersonal skills - Time management skills - Meet deadlines - Positive and friendly "can do attitude" - Flexible - Problem solving **Due to the office location, you will need your own transport** **Benefits**: - On-site free parking
