We need **Health Care Assistants **to join us working out in the community on our renal dialysis service where you'll be known as a **Renal Technician **.

The job:

- Visiting patients to support them with their dialysis
- Performing general **health checks **including blood pressure etc.
- Supporting the patient and building a professional relationship
- The working week is covered over 40 hours scheduled between Monday to Sunday, 7am to 10pm on a 2-week rolling rota

**Full training is provided **via an all expenses paid 5-day course in Derby.

What we're looking for:

- Empathetic towards patients and a desire to provide patient care
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Careor equivalent experience
- The ability to follow instructions and process
- Flexibility to travel over an hour from your home location

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
