Are you an enthusiastic and hard-working Cover Supervisor looking for short-term or long-term supply?

**About the role**:
Vision for Education are seeking to appoint learning Co-ordiantor's to work in our local secondary schools in Preston, and surrounding areas. This is an immediate start and will be working on a flexible basis.

The role will be to assist and support in Key Stage 3 & 4 classes either as an assistant or delivering pre-set work in the absence of the teacher.

You do not need to hold a teaching qualification, but must demonstrate that you have previously worked with children in any previous role (youth worker, sports coach, support worker, voluntary etc)

Training can also be provided to help develop behaviour management techniques to use in the classroom.

**The school**

You will be working in schools locally to Preston. This may be in different schools or as a block booking in the same school.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the Cover Supervisor position, you will:

- Have experience working with children in an capacity
- Hold a degree qualification
- Have excellent behaviour management skills
- Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required
