**Pay: £11.28 PAYE or £15.32 Umbrella Company (£22,000 per annum)**

This role can be temp for 8 months or temp2perm.

Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.

My new client is looking for 3 Reconnect Workers to cover work in Hertfordshire. This role can be done remotely but will require travel across Hertfordshire areas as and when requested, if you don't wish to work remotely/prefer hybrid working the closestoffice to report into is Harlow.

You will be working with male service users dealing with Substance Misuse and mental Health issues on release from prison in Hertforshire. Some of the main duties that you will be required to carry out are;
- To meet with service users prior to release, at the gate on the day of release or after release to support to a pre-planned appointments
- Carry out thorough risk assessments in conjunction with the individual and any other relevant agencies, implement person centred risk management plan and regularly review.
- To assist individuals to access services such as housing, education, training and employment, benefits, and other relevant services, by acting as an advocate where appropriate.
There will be other duties to this role. You will be required to have a DBS check done if you don't already hold one on the Update Service.
