Our Kia dealership is the largest in Europe and can be visible for one of the busiest commuter roads in the UK, the M4.- We take pride in our level of sustainability at the site, with our energy strategy including low and zero carbon technologies, comprising air source heat pumps, roof-mounted solar PVs, water harvesting and LED lights.**Location**: GWR Kia, 963 Great West Road, Brentford, Middlesex TW8 9FX**Hours**: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00**Salary**: £24,000 per annum**What the role will involve**:
The role of Site Coordinator is a multifaceted position, meaning no 2 days will be the same. As the main Site Coordinator for the dealership, you will work along side our sales team ensuring the department runs smoothly and standards are always maintained.You will liaise with the Sales Teams daily, on what vehicles are coming in to the dealership and which vehicles have been sold. For sold vehicles you will monitor the preparation of these orders making sure the customer led timescales are met.Moving vehicles around site as directed, will fall under your main responsibilities, whilst making sure cleanliness, tidiness, security, and display standards are maintained throughout the dealershipAs the Site Coordinator you will also be responsible for checking all incoming and outgoing stock, reporting any inaccuracies, to the sales managers.In addition, you will photograph cars for advertising purposes, some photography knowledge would be an advantage, as images must be taken to the highest quality, for uploading onto the necessary portals, keeping in line with size specifications. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of the Turn Table and equipment, adhering to all manufacturer, franchise, and company standards.Ad hoc duties will include stock taking, maintenance of the site, delivery, or collection of cars, when required, and the administration of documented procedures.**What we need from you**:
Whilst we value experience, the role will suit someone with a passion for the motor trade.A full driving licence is integral to the role, as you will be required to move cars around site. Having a good general understanding of MS Office packages and knowledge of Photoshop would be an advantage.- Bringing strong organisational skills with great attention to detail, is a must, whilst being able to work calmly when under pressure, as you will be working to a tight timescale at times.**Salary**
