We're looking talented professionals with a passion for food to join our Kitchen Team at La Bocca. This position will involve working in La Bocca Pizza Kitchen and La Bocca Burgers, both of which are located on the Bude Strand.

Both businesses are predominantly open for evening service with lunch services also required throughout the summer season.

Our Kitchen Team Members work together to ensure that our restaurant is in tip-top shape and ready for any visitors. Kitchen Team Members are responsible for producing food items, assisting with preparation of food items, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, organizing supplies for a busy restaurant and takeaway.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow the instructions of the head chef.
- Inspect ingredients to ensure that they are in proper condition and correctly stored.
- Pick up food and equipment as required.
- Ensure that the proper cleaning chemicals and equipment is available at all times.
- Clean, peel, and slice ingredients as instructed by the head chef.
- Inspect food to ensure that quality standards are met before shipment.
- Maintain a clean work area at all times.
- Inspect packaging materials and assemble them as directed by the head chef.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
