**Job Summary**

This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Approx 3hrs per shift 8am-11am 2/3 shifts per week

**Responsibilities**
- Take breakfast food orders, serve food, prepare hot drinks all whilst ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Support food preparation tasks if required while adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain good service and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the workspace.
- Assist in setting up for events or restaurant service as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hospitality role is essentiaL particularly in a restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills within the industry.
