**Job Overview**
Executive PA & Administration Support Role

Advanced Experience in using a CRM system.

Be able to use a CRM to create detailed professional reports

Be able to analyse and organise a large client data bank via CRM

Accurately record all points of client and prospect contact in CRM through the year.

Day to day use of SharePoint in Office 365 - experience essential

Understand cash flow forecasting

Data Protection aware and of GDPR training.

Must have experience of advanced data control.

Day to Day Diary Management of the Director including arranging meetings, preparing Meeting packs and writing interim reports pre and post meetings.

Comfortable to chase third party providers / administration departments and advance new business processes when required.

Able to build up relationships to ensure business is completed in a timely manner.

IT Proficient - SharePoint essential - Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel, Office 365 to good standard

- Willingness to participate in training programmes.We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication at all times.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Sharepoint and collaborative cloud based data bases.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain filing systems both physically and digitally, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent clerical skills, including proficiency in data entry and document management
- Demonstrated phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.

Pay: £22,880.00-£33,000.00 per year
