We now have an exciting opportunity to become part of an established and high performing team as our new **Hygiene Operative**

**(Rotating Shifts Monday - Friday 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm)**

**What will you do?**

You will ensure that all aspects of warehouse cleaning are done to the specified standards in line with GDP and the agreed warehouse cleaning schedule.

**Key responsibilities;**
- To ensure that all work activities are in line with the Company Health & Safety policies/standards at all times
- To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported immediately to a Supervisor or Manager
- To ensure that only equipment for which full training has been received is operated
- To report any damage or defect whether it be to equipment, property or products to the Supervisor
- To ensure that personal appearance is in keeping with the company guidelines ensuring that the company uniform is worn and is clean and in presentable condition together with the wearing and displaying of a valid identity pass
- To clean the warehouse following the specified cleaning schedule
- To ensure that all calls requesting a cleaner are responded to in an efficient manner
- To ensure that the cleaning stations all contain clean mops and clean water
- To ensure that the compactors are emptied in accordance with the manufactures recommended guidelines
- Compactor area to be cleaned at the end of the shift
- All cardboard cages to be emptied and returned to their place in the warehouse
- Any failures to follow or complete the cleaning schedule to be brought to the attention of the Shift Manager
- To respond to calls requesting the removal of cardboard boxes / waste from the office areas
- To assist in the delivery of orders to the office area
- To carry out any reasonable requests as determined by Management
