An opportunity has been arisen for a TRE Coordinator based in Northampton. The primary focus of Bellrock’ s Technical & Real Estate Coordinator is to provide a focal point for the management of the team across a number of tasks (Sales, Job-planning and coordination, Quotation management, Report production) for the Property Compliance and Surveying teams.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Use the in-house operating system to manage the work won by the Technical team
- Create works within the CRM system allowing new cases to deliver the work
- Monitor and maintain our internal system for managers and surveyors including archiving
- Liaising with internal/external contacts to ensure specification is met and retain client satisfaction
- Pre-Start meetings to be attended as required
- Raise purchase orders for suppliers or sub-contractors to complete the works or project
- Ensure that works are assigned and run reports to ensure SLA/KPIs are met
- Manage access to sites / properties for surveyors
- Upload documentation / reports to our databases for surveyors and clients
- Assist surveyors with the production of reports where required (Admin Quality Checks)
- Responsible for ensuring monthly or partial payments are charged to clients by liaising with the BU Lead and using our internal system
- Assist in credit / debt queries from clients / Accounts
- Be pro-active in the day-to-day management of contracts and be able to prioritise communications through the supply chain
- Assisting with the ordering of Uniform/Badges for your Department
- Any other reasonable duties including CAD support which may be requested.
**COMPETENCIES, CORE QUALITIES AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Have knowledge and / or experience within FM or building / Construction Industry (Desirable)
- Previous experience with SMARTsheet or Concerto (Desirable)
- Have excellent Microsoft Office skills in particular Excel and Outlook
- Have good customer service skills and can communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of management and supply chain
- Have good problem-solving skills
- Can multitask and work to tight deadlines - Adaptability
In return Bellrock are offering a competitive salary. Working hours are Monday - Friday based on 37.5 hours per week and 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
