Our ideal applicant will be fanatical about audio visual kit and everything hi/fi, home cinema and home entertainment related Whether as hobbyist or already working in the industry you will be passionate about our products and enjoy keeping up to date with the latest products, brands, and trends.
You will be self-motivated, very organised, work well as part of a team, have a positive can-do attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**What you will do**
- You will improve the representation, visibility and customer experience for all our products, configuring bundles to maximise sales
- Be involved in campaigns and promotions utilising social media and video content
- Using Google Analytics to analyse website usage to enhance the performance
- Creating and maintaining product tags to ensure products appear in the correct sections of the site.
- Providing sufficient information for high quality product listings to be written
- Ensuring key new product launches and promotions are represented on the homepage and in the bestseller sections - keeping these sections of the site looking fresh and relevant to the customer.
- Liaising directly with suppliers on product representation across the site
**What your skill set may look like**
- Passion for and the knowledge of our products are a must, you will already want to be up to date with trends and new products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A drive to learn and improve.
- Computer literate, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Be calm under pressure and be able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
