Warehouse Supervisor

**Big Ant Group **are currently seeking a **Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor** for our client located within the seaside town of **Paignton**.

The role will involve organising the team workload and leading colleagues in achieving depot KPI's and service levels. You will also be responsible for ensuring that Health and Safety is adhered to at all times, the working environment is free of hazards and equipment is maintained. The duties will include working as part of a team to break-down products ready to be redistributed around the South West. It is a 360 role, dealing with goods-in, picking orders and sorting for dispatch.

This will be a busy and active role, unloading heavy-good vehicles. There are also some requirements to work within a refrigerated area. You will be organised in your approach to work and have excellent communication skills.

The ideal applicant will:

- Have experience within a similar position
- Hold a Forklift Licence (Counterbalance)
- Be First Aid trained
- Have Supervisory experience
- Be immediately available

Your working week will total 37.25 hours and your shift pattern is as follows:

- Tuesday morning to Friday morning (00:00am - 08:30am)
- Saturday morning (02:45am - 08:00am)

There will also be a requirement to partake in the on-call service, 1 in every 4 weeks. This will also be rewarded at £140 for participation.
